What you will need to enroll in ActiveFitPlus

Your incentives will be posted to the account you have on file. This does not have to be the same account on file at your facility within 60 days following the month your visits were accrued. There is no cost to participate in ActiveFitPlus other than the cost of the cost of your health club membership.
